Adam Lallana is wanted by the best in Europe, according to a Times report.
Several of Europe’s biggest clubs have the England international on their radar; Juventus, Barcelona and PSG are all reportedly monitoring the midfielder’s progress.
The Times had this to say:
“PSG’s interest remains the most advanced, but Barcelona have also noted Lallana’s form and will target him if they fail to sign his team-mate Philippe Coutinho.
Juventus have alighted on Lallana as a potential alternative signing to long-term target Alexis Sánchez, who is also wanted by PSG”
The interest shown in Lallana reflects the consistency in which he has been performing this season; Jurgen Klopp has given the midfielder a new lease of life and is constantly impressing.
Lallana responded to rumours with this:
“I love it here at the minute, especially since the manager has come in,” Lallana said last month. “We have each other’s trust and you don’t always get that at clubs. The thought of leaving Liverpool has never entered my mind.
“It’s a great compliment to be spoken of in the same breath as a club like PSG with those sorts of numbers. But I’m absolutely loving my football at the minute under this boss and I can only see myself being here for the long term.”
