The January transfer window rarely disappoints – with Chelsea, Manchester City, Liverpool, Tottenham and arguably Manchester United still in the title race, the next month has the ability to decide where the trophy ends up.
Here are all the most important transfers, that have occurred at Premier League clubs so far:
Wilfred Ndidi – reported by O-Posts in December, the ex-Genk midfielder has joined the reigning Premier League champions and will look to add energy to a stagnating midfield.
Ademola Lookman – Everton have splashed out £11 million for the young prodigy. Parallels have been drawn with Tottenham’s Dele Alli.
Rudy Gestede – Middlesbrough have completed the signing of Rudy Gestede from Aston Villa for a reported for of £6 million.
Joey Barton – The notorious character has re-joined Sean Dyche’s side following a contract termination at Rangers.
Oscar – The Brazilian will earn staggering amounts of money following his £60 million move to China.
Look out for:
Patrice Evra – The Frenchman is keen on re-joining Manchester United and the rumour is beginning to pick up pace.
Alexis Sanchez – He cut an unhappy figure following Arsenal’s 3-3 draw at Bournemouth and stories have been circulating for the past month about his possible departure.
