Tottenham identify Ryan Sessegnon as Danny Rose’s replacement

As speculation rises of Tottenham star Danny Rose’s move to Manchester United seems to be edging closer, Spurs boss Maurico Pochettino seems to have found a replacement for the England international.

The Red Devils have been chasing the signature of the England fullback’s signature for a while now and they could have moved for him last summer hadn’t been for the long-term injury that has seen his long-term future threatened.

However, with the injury now behind the England international, Jose Mourinho is ready to get his man as the Portuguese boss looks set to solve his side’s issues at left-back.

Furthermore, according to The Mirror, the Argentinian has identified Fulham’s teenage sensation Ryan Sessegnon as the perfect replacement for the Englishman. He is willing to urge the North London club to cough out big money to secure the signature of the teenager.

The report from the British tabloid claimed the Fulham’s younterster is currently valued at £20 million, whilst Spurs are also interested in signing his brother Stephen which could see the total transfer for the pair rise up to £30 million.

Sessegnon is also said to be attracting interest from Liverpool who have not given up on hope of signing him, however, he is more likely to prefer a move to a London club to remain close to his family.

Meanwhile, Tottenham are reportedly hoping to receive at least £50 million from Manchester United for Rose.
