Both of Manchester City’s goals were scored by big January signing Gabriel Jesus, who now has scored three goals in two games since his arrival from Palmeiras.
On the other hand, Swansea City star and one of the club’s few bright spots this season Gylfi Sigurdsson scored the lone goal for Swansea.
With their win, Manchester City now overtake Arsenal into third in the English Premier League table ten points behind leaders Chelsea while Swansea City remain just above the drop zone in 17th place.
