According to reports, Aston Villa’s Rushian Hepburn-Murphy is set to sign a new deal with the Championship club.

The 18 year old prospect has reportedly finally pledged his long-term future at Aston Villa, especially beyond this season, and is currently finalizing personal terms with the Villans.

According to the Birmingham Mail, Hepburn-Murphy has been offered a new three-year deal and will also receive “a suitable package that reflects his huge potential.”

The youngster is reportedly seen as the club’s most talented teenage prospect and the club, especially manager Steve Bruce, are really keen on keeping Hepburn-Murphy and continue working with him.

His contract was due to expire at the end of this season.

Here’s what manager Bruce had to say: “We believe that Hepburn-Murphy is close to agreeing and I hope he finally does sign.”

Hepburn-Murphy is currently sidelined away from action due to an injury, but it’s reportedly not anything serious or damaging in the long-term.
