I know this is quite late, but it’s still intriguing.

According to reports, Chelsea fancy a move for Swansea forward Fernando Llorente this month.

Llorente has been in fine form for the Swans scoring 8 league goals so far since his arrival last summer, including an excellent brace against Liverpool at Anfield.

As reported by The Mirror:

“Chelsea are plotting a shock January move for Fernando Llorente - and Michy Batshuayi could be heading to Swansea in return.

The £33million summer signing has struggled to win a regular starting spot at Stamford Bridge under manager Antonio Conte .

Despite scoring in Sunday’s 4-1 FA Cup third round win over Peterborough, the 23-year-old Belgium international has scored just four times in 16 appearances.

He has not managed to convince Conte since his arrival from Marseille and Mirror Football understands the Italian is now looking towards a reunion with Spaniard Llorente.”
