Barca’s goal was scored by Luis Suarez, while Kevin Gamiero scored for Atletico.
Both sides had players sent off with Barca seeing Sergi Roberto and Luis Suarez dismissed, while Yannick Ferreira-Carrasco was sent off for Atletico Madrid.
Barcelona goes through to the final with an aggregate scoreline of 3-2 having won the first leg 2-1. They’ll either meet Alaves or Celta Vigo in the final.
